We currently offer three methods to our existing clients
1. We offer a free and secured FTP location where you can upload your dictation’s and download the transcripts.
2. We also offer you a toll free number to you to call in and submit your dictation’s which is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. You can also retrieve your transcripts through free software that is provided.
3. You can use a Dictaphone to dictate and send the dictation’s through the secured software that we provide free of cost.
We do not have a restricted format as we follow different formats for different clients. We can work on formats based on your needs or we will send you sample formats which can be approved.
A digital recorder is the only equipment that you might need to buy if you already do not have one. All the other software is provided free of cost and just requires a simple installation that needs to be done. However, toll free transcription rates vary.
HIPAA privacy is ensured by following all the guidelines as stated in the HIPAA policy.
All new updates or changed client specifics will be updated from the immediate next upload.
